He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Gruber was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1983 and was later admitted to practice law before the District Courts of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
In 1986, he was admitted to practice law in New York by the New York State Bar.
Mr. Gruber is licensed to practice law before the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York.
