He is admitted to the bar in the state of New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Federal District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
He is a graduate of the sixteen-week intensive border patrol course at United States Border Patrol Academy in Port Isabel, Texas and the Journeyman's School for Immigration Officers also in Port Isabel.
Dara has been employed by Tesoroni & LeRoy as an attorney since 2009.
While attending college she worked for the firm as a paralegal during the summers of 2001-2005.
Dara is a graduate of New York University where she majored in linguistics with a minor in foreign languages.
She is a graduate of Fordham University Law School where she earned her J.D. degree.
Dara is fluent in Italian and is conversant in Spanish.
While attending NYU she studied abroad in Florence, Italy.
Dara now represents clients in labor certification matters, employment based visa petitions, family -based petitions, J visa waivers, Violence Against Women's Act (VAWA) cases, "Deferred Action Childhood Arrival, (DACA), Cases", U Visas, adjustment of status, naturalization and deportation matters, with an emphasis on criminal related deportation cases.
To obtain lawful permanent residence ("Green Card") in the United States through employment, you must have proper documentation.

The initial step is to apply for a labor certification with the U.S. Department of Labor.
