In 1980, Mr. Ganderson entered into the law partnership of Deal & Ganderson.

Mr. Ganderson founded GANDERSON LAW, P.C. in 2008 to accommodate the growth of his predecessor firm, the law office of Martin J. Ganderson, which provided both individuals and businesses with legal counseling for more than twenty years.
Prior to entering into the private practice of law, Mr. Ganderson practiced as a certified public accountant with the national accounting firm Ernst & Ernst.
Mr. Ganderson is a native of Norfolk, Virginia.
He is married to the former Robin Kruger (a retired mathematics teacher), and has two children, Justin (who earned his law degree from the University of Miami, and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, and is Corporate Counsel at Northrop Grumman Corporation - Innovation Systems Sector) and Matthew (who earned his MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business, and his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, and is Director, Program Administration, Charlotte MBA Programs for Wake Forest University).
