Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, I represent clients all across the State of Texas. My firm specializes in estate planning, asset protection, and estate settlement (probate). Whether you're a young, single person or a more "seasoned" couple, I'll not only help you protect what you own, but I'll also help make sure that things get where you want them to go when you're no longer around.

I bring extensive experience and professionalism to every case, and I customize my services to your individual needs and concerns. I have been practicing law for over twenty years. During that time, much has changed, and even more significant changes are likely on the horizon. In this ever-changing environment, it's important to stay up to date. I constantly monitor changing laws and legal approaches-all to give you exceptional advice and services that will benefit you for years to come.

Preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and other documents to help ensure that what you have gets to wherever it is that you would like for it to go when you are no longer around, or if you ever become unable to manage your own affairs due to illness, injury, or other incapacitation.
