His practice includes representation of clients in construction disputes, including mediation, arbitration and litigation of claims and disputes. In addition, Bob also works in transactional areas such as planning and structuring of construction projects, preparation of construction contracts including commercial terms and conditions, allocation of risk and other such matters.
