Lorie L. Chism is the Founder and Managing Partner of Amelia Law Group and practices in the areas of business and corporate law, tax law, estate planning and real estate law, serving a broad base of businesses and individuals throughout the Jacksonville metropolitan area and Nassau County.
Ms. Chism brings experience as a certified public accountant to bear on complex matters such as mergers and acquisitions, succession planning for business owners and strategic business planning.
In service of her high net worth clients, Ms. Chism has significant experience in public and private company representations, partnership and LLC structuring, and all aspects of private business management.
Attorney Meghann M. Allen is an experienced wills, trusts and estate attorney at Amelia Law Group, PLLC.
Ms. Allen handles estate planning for clients with minor children to clients with out of state property, business interests, revocable and irrevocable trusts and complex portfolios.
She also handles probate and trust administrations.
Ms. Allen has prepared estate plans for clients in all stages of their life.
She insists that the estate planning process begins with the client and she takes great care to address each client's specific goals, concerns for their families and unique family make-up.
Casey D. Lott began working in the legal field in 2005.
Prior to joining Amelia Law Group, PLLC, she worked at Rogers Towers, PA, as a paralegal in its Amelia Island Office.
Her previous work experience includes analyzing financial discovery for litigation cases to provide the attorney with a company or person's ability to pay debts or satisfy judgments, facilitating business transactions, assisting with corporate governance and entity formation, probated administration, trust administration and estate planning.
