With a background in criminal prosecution, I have a fundamental understanding of the strategies that will be used against you in court.
My prosecutorial experiences can help ensure you're prepared for any challenge. After earning my law degree in 2004, I began working as a criminal prosecutor in Florida's Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, handling a variety of cases. From DUI's and criminal traffic violations to drug offenses and felony crimes, I picked up valuable experience inside and outside the courtroom.
Now, my goal is to use that experience to defend my clients against whatever challenges they may be facing. However, that would be something where your attorney would have to investigate the case to determine if it is defendable.
