Attorney Carlos A. Arcos is a solo practitioner with over 25 years experience counseling elderly couples and families who are coping with long-term illness, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and stroke-related illness. Carlos received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University and his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law in 1989, where he served as an extern for the Honorable William P. Gray in the United States District Court.

He has been a speaker at over 200 events and offers educational seminars and periodic workshops and training sessions for charitable and professional organizations, including the USC School of Gerontology, the Los Angeles Caregiver Resource Center at USC, the Department of Aging of the City of Los Angeles, and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles.
