The effects that an injury can have on a person's life, whether it is relatively mild or life-threatening in nature, can be overwhelming.
In many cases, victims may have to cope with the costs of medical treatment, lost income and other problems that can strain their finances.
This, in addition to the mental and physical trauma that can often result from suffering an injury, can make it incredibly difficult for injury victims and their families to get their lives back on track.
At Wilson & McQueen, PLLC, our Lexington legal team has over 100 years of combined experience in personal injury law, and in this time, we have seen firsthand the serious consequences that injury victims can suffer.
At one time or another, most people will be involved in some kind of car accident.
Those who are lucky walk away unharmed.
For people who sustain serious injuries, however, it can be a challenge to make a full physical and financial recovery.
At Wilson & McQueen, PLLC, we have helped thousands of people pursue justice and compensation in the wake of motor vehicle accidents.
Our attorneys draw on decades of experience to fight for the best possible result in your case.
Often, we are able to negotiate an acceptable settlement with the responsible party or its insurance company.
Workplace injuries are a serious issue.
When a worker suffers injuries on the job, they may be rendered unable to work for a substantial period of time, costing them income when they can least afford it.
The costs of medical treatment in these situations can place workers and their families in a precarious financial position.
Fortunately, workers' compensation benefits can help alleviate some of these problems.
However, as many workers discover when filing an application for these benefits, many employers and insurers seek to prevent workers from receiving the benefits they need.
