In 1986, Catherine graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts.
In 1988, she graduated from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.
Catherine then worked as Assistant District Attorney for the Philadelphia District Attorney's office, successfully prosecuting hundreds of criminal cases.
After serving in the District Attorney's office, Catherine moved into private practice eventually partnering with Robert Keller, Esquire at Keller-Harrington Law Offices, LLC.
In 2006, Catherine founded her own firm for which Harrington & Associates, P.C. is named.
