My name is D. Lyle Wood. I am ready to help you with estate planning, probate, guardianship, business succession and financial planning. I offer a free initial consultation regarding estate planning matters so we can take the time necessary to discuss your family, assets, dreams and objectives without "the meter running." After all, we will be discussing topics important to you and should take the time necessary to communicate, understand your objectives and initiate a plan.
Planning options and fees/costs are discussed at the end of the consultation so you know what to expect. This website was designed to get you thinking about matters that are routinely put on the back burner. After all, who wants to think about future assisted living costs when the fish are biting? I will do my best to make you feel comfortable as we develop a comprehensive plan to accomplish specific goals for you, your children, an elderly parent, or anyone else who may benefit from your plan.
