Having an experienced and aggressive criminal defense attorney represent you in court can mean the difference between jail and freedom. Criminal attorneys not only defend individuals charged with misdemeanor crimes or felonies in federal, state and appellate courts but also handle plea bargains, bail bond hearings, probation or bond (revocation) hearings and appeals.
Our firm provides our clients with a variety of services in and out of the courtroom.
Whether you are facing charges in District Court or if the pending charges have been transferred to the Court of Common Pleas, our attorneys counsel our clients by representing them for their scheduled court dates, including additional proceedings for Bench Warrant Hearings, Motion Hearings (Motion to Suppress, Bail Hearings, etc.), Detainer and GAG I & II Hearings, Record Expungements, Violation of Probation/Parole Hearings, Protection from Abuse Hearings, and ARD Dispositions.
Whenever a case is not worked out through a plea deal, our firm also represents clients for both Jury Trials and Bench Trials.
