Defendant was charged with DWI and Driving the Wrong Way on a One-Way Street in an Eastern Passaic County Municipal Court.
After the State provided the discovery, Mr. Donatiello conducted a review of the State, Local, County, and Campus regulations / authorizations and determined that the street the defendant was travelling on was never authorized to be a one-way street.
Due to an inability to establish the legality of the motor vehicle stop due to that finding, the State dismissed the charges against the defendant.
