Roland Baroni has been the lead attorney for the Town of North Castle since 1982, for the Town of North Salem since 1990, for the Town of Somers since 2006 and routinely handles all phases of municipal law including tax certiorari and In Rem proceedings.

He has over forty years of extensive experience representing clients in federal and New York state courts including many high-profile cases.
Mr. Lewis served for six years as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County under the Honorable Carl Vergari, and was Section Chief in the Superior Court Trial Division.
He has served as Special District Attorney and Special Prosecutor in investigations and prosecutions in Westchester, Dutchess and Putnam Counties, and is the Town Prosecutor for zoning, town ordinance violations, and New York State Police traffic violations for the towns of Somers and North Salem.
