Services
That's why we take pride in educating our buyers and sellers so that they are well-informed about the real estate process.
Missed mortgage or inspection contingency dates, title issues, and property line disputes are just some of the things that can go wrong when you don't have the right real estate attorney in your corner.
Uninformed buyers and sellers may forfeit the opportunity to negotiate a favorable outcome with respect to inspection findings if they don't know your rights.
As an Examining Counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Larry Naviasky also provides title insurance services to ensure a purchaser's or lender's real property interest is properly insured and documents properly recorded.
Larry Naviasky has customized Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and testamentary and living Trusts for clients to accomplish their estate plans.
He has also assisted families with Medicaid planning, not only guiding them through the Medicaid application process but providing counsel on ways to preserve assets for the applicant's children and grandchildren.
Protect your assets and rest assured that the time you devote to planning helps make everyone's lives better and less stressful.
You have our condolences.
When a loved one passes away, the focus should be on family and grieving the loss of someone important in your life - not on the intricacies of his or her estate.
The average person has dozens of questions and is not expected to know how to handle the often complicated affairs of the deceased.
Most people feel the magnitude of handling a loved one's affairs, and harness a resolve to ensure that their loved one's final wishes are respected.
Remember, you cannot rely on the Power of Attorney because it terminates upon your loved one's death.
Small businesses need legal guidance from inception to succession planning, and everything in between.
Larry Naviasky has assisted business clients in forming business entities and structures that best suit their needs.
This work has included the drafting of shareholder, operating and buy-sell agreements, and much more.
He has also represented clients in the purchasing and selling of a variety of businesses including environmental laboratories, motels, shopping centers, gasoline stations, mortgage broker businesses, doctor and dental practices, pet stores, candy stores, and an insurance agency.
Over the past 30 years, Larry Naviasky has represented Chicago Title Insurance Company and has written thousands of title insurance policies for residential and commercial real estate clients.
Larry has also represented numerous clients in litigation involving real estate, business and decedent estates disputes.
He has vigorously advocated for clients in probate contests and accounting challenges in Surrogate's Court.
He has litigated foreclosure actions, partition actions, boundary line disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and property assessment reduction proceedings to successful conclusions.
