Stephen A Harry
I am more focused on building strong relationships instead of simply processing legal transactions for my clients. I limit the number of cases I take so I can provide each client with the personal, one-on-one attention they deserve. Unlike other estate planning attorneys, I prefer to work on a flat-fee basis, giving you access to counsel at a fair price.

After working as a mortgage banker for 25 years at a family-owned company, I saw the need for dedicated legal guidance for individuals and families facing some of the most important financial decisions in their lives. I obtained my law degree and founded my own private firm to give my clients the personalized service they need to seek positive solutions to complicated problems.

If you are in need of assistance for estate planning or filing for bankruptcy to get out of debt and rebuild your credit, I am ready to help. I serve clients in Bethany, Del City, Yukon, Guthrie, Midwest City, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Call me at the Law Office of Stephen A. Harry P.C. and schedule a free consultation.
Services
Prior to starting my bankruptcy practice, I worked as a Senior Vice President in the mortgage business for approximately 25 years.
During my time as a mortgage banker, I graduated from Oklahoma City School of Law.
My prior experience in home loan financing gave me insight and understanding to help people maintain homeownership.
Helping my clients obtain a "fresh start" allows them to obtain homeownership and maintain an important asset for themselves and their families.
Struggling with debt creates tremendous economical and physical stress for my clients.
Many estate planning attorneys take a "one-size fits all" approach with their clients; they do this so that they can work with as many people as possible in a short period of time.
The problem is that the client has impersonal experience; but worse than that, this way of planning can lead to unintended results in the long run for the family.
When lawyers do not take the time to listen and consider a family's personal circumstances, the result is that your Will & Trust Documents do not end up reflecting what your family really wants to happen.
By now you've seen that Stephen A Harry, P.C. is something special and because you love your family, and want to keep them out of Court and out of conflict, when something happens to you, you are ready to take the first steps to get a plan in place.
We think that's a great idea.
You know your family deserves the kind of protection, guidance and love we provide for a lifetime.
It's important that you know how we work because we do things a bit differently here than at other law firms.
That's why our clients love us so much.
Divorce, inheritance, health issues, creditors, employees, theft, changing markets, malpractice suits, sexual harassment claims, natural disasters and disgruntled business partners are just a few issues that can result in devastating lawsuits for unprepared business owners.
The highest level of risk falls on those who think they are immune.
Americans are now more concerned than ever about protecting their assets from creditor claims, taxes, divorce and other disasters.
The more success you have (especially in business, professional practice or real estate activities), the more at risk you are as others see your success grow.
If you are here to learn about Oklahoma probate after the passing of a loved one, we first want to say that we are very sorry for your loss.
With that said, probate in Oklahoma is a court-supervised procedure that helps to ensure the legal transfer of assets from the deceased to the rightful heirs or beneficiaries.
In Oklahoma, if someone has $150,000 in total assets or real property valued over $50,000, they will probably have to have their assets probated.
The easiest way to avoid the probate process is to plan; but if you are now in a situation where you must go through probate courts to finalize the estate of a loved one, the best thing you can do is get educated and get help to complete the process as quickly, and cost-effectively, as possible.
