Services
At the law firm of Robertson, Oswalt, Nony & Associates, we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
We work daily with people who are facing potentially life-altering challenges like divorce, bankruptcy and probating estates of loved ones, so we understand the difficulties they face.
When we choose to take a case, we know how the outcome can affect you and your family far into the future.
We take our responsibility as your legal representatives very seriously.
I grew up in Greers Ferry, Arkansas, the youngest of four children.
My parents' marriage was not a happy one, but they stayed together "for the children."
When I was a senior in high school, they finally divorced.
Their troubles and emotional distance were no secret to us kids.
I cannot honestly say whether their decision to stay together so long was better for us.
It definitely kept us more financially stable than we would have been, had the family split.
But ultimately, it left all of us to figure out for ourselves how to build a strong, happy marriage.
As a father of two young children, I am a firm believer that both parents have a fundamental right to have a meaningful and lasting role in our children's development.
More importantly, however, and especially applicable to the practice of family law, the best interests of our children must always take precedent.
At Robertson, Oswalt & Associates, I use my life experiences and legal experiences, to guide my clients through the intricate and unpredictable nature of a modern-day family law case.
Further, as the fundamental right to maintain and grow familial relationships does not end at death, I believe it is imperative to establish a proper plan for the distribution of one's assets after their passing, in order to provide protection, assurance, and comfort to loved ones left behind.
I grew up in Heber Springs, Arkansas, and I always had a goal to become an attorney.
I became licensed to practice law in Arkansas in 2000 and since that time, I have worked diligently to promote my clients' goals and protect their interests.
Not only am I the child of divorced parents, I am also divorced, single parent to my two wonderful children.
So I certainly understand the emotional impact of divorce and separation from several points of view.
I also realize every person and experience is unique, which is why I am committed to helping my clients work on achieving their objectives and protecting their rights during this difficult time.
If you are dealing with a family law matter, it is important to choose a lawyer who understands what you are dealing with and who has the experience to guide you successfully to the best possible resolution.
At Robertson, Oswalt, Nony & Associates, we have been providing thorough and effective family law representation to clients throughout the Little Rock area for many years.
From divorces to custody disputes between unmarried couples to adoptions to enforcement actions, our attorneys have seen it all and everything in between.
