When you are our client, you will always feel supported and informed.
In short, we are a team, and our approach is to ensure that you are fully informed about every aspect of your case. You are welcome and encouraged to participate in the strategic planning of your case. Our reputation is that we make every attempt to settle your case outside of court, if possible, using a variety of methodologies at our disposal including: mediation, informal settlement, Collaborative Law, and a new court-ordered methodology for high conflict cases called New Ways for Families.
However, if negotiation attempts fail and litigation is necessary, you will have a competent, prepared litigator by your side at trial.
