Oberdorfer Law Firm
Oberdorfer Law Firm has been defending people in trouble with the law for over a decade, in thousands of cases, across the state of Oregon. We're well-respected and known for our hard work, skill, and care for our clients in the courtroom. First and foremost, we are trial lawyers. We get great results for our clients though experience, expertise, preparation and perhaps most importantly, getting to know our clients.

Each person is different, and we believe that by understanding the unique problems and needs of our clients we gain a special edge in the courtroom. Oberdorfer Law Firm has grown over the years without advertising, relying almost entirely upon word of mouth references from clients. Being good lawyers was advertisement enough. Now that we are firmly entrenched in the digital age we want to provide potential clients with an easy way to check out our firm and contact us through a website.

Feel free to email us through the site or give us a call. We look forward to talking to you.

The State of Oregon uses a slightly different acronym to refer to driving while intoxicated or driving under the influence.
DUII stands for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Intoxicants include both alcohol or drugs and are measured in various ways.
Breath tests are the most common, but urine and blood tests may be used to obtain more conclusive results.
If you fail to take a breath test when asked by law enforcement, your license can be suspended.
Being convicted of a DUII has serious consequences.
If you were arrested for a felony or misdemeanor criminal offense in Oregon, it is vital to obtain qualified and experienced legal representation as soon as possible.
It is highly recommended that you have your criminal defense lawyer with you at your arraignment, for that is when the charges are first presented and when terms relating to your release are set.
We seek pretrial release and reduced bail amounts for our clients whenever possible.
Attorney Rich Oberdorfer and Attorney Emily Oberdorfer specialize in driving-related criminal offenses, including DUII, Reckless Driving, Hit and Run, Criminal Mischief, Assault, Possession.
In reflecting on this rough year after the DUI and Diversion program, I would highly recommend Rich Oberdorfer!
He (and Rob) were understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable and ON IT every time!
With me being in Nashville, TN, I was afraid it'd be harder to communicate.
Not at all.
Every time I needed them for advice or information, they were quick to respond.
And snags in the process were handled efficiently and smoothly!
Plus they didn't nickel and dime me.
Thanks so much to Oberdorfer Law Firm.
