We pride ourselves on representing our clients with commitment and compassion. Understanding that injuries create numerous difficulties and losses, our team works quickly to discover and preserve all relevant evidence to prove our client's injuries. Maintaining the highest ethical standards, we seek the fullest compensation available for our injury victims within the confines of the law.
We recognize the tactics used by liability insurance companies to lower the value of claims, and we aggressively counter them. If the wrongdoer refuses to pay just compensation on our client's claims, then we go to trial. Through the determined use of compassion and experience, we've successfully litigated many personal injury and wrongful death cases in court.
Skinner Law Firm Injury Lawyers have obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for injured people and their families. Our Injury Lawyers have more than 60 years of combined experience and have been recognized for their leadership.

Animal bites can happen quickly, often without warning, and sometimes result in serious injuries.
Whether a pet is a dog, cat, parrot, lizard, or something else, it is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that their pet doesn't injure others.
If you have been injured by someone's pet, no matter the animal, there is help for you.
Unlike many accidents, animal bites can be personal - it isn't unusual for the victim of an animal bite to know the animal's owner.
Because of these relationships, there are often social stigmas against filing for compensation against a friend or acquaintance.

From the minute we called the office of Stephen Skinner, we were impressed. Stephanie, the on call person, listened to our problem with compassion and understanding and quickly referred us to Mr. Skinner. When Mr. Skinner called, we were instantly aware that not only was his legal expertise apparent, but his kindness was outstanding. The legal issues were clearly delineated and the legal advise was spot on. We are so grateful to have Mr. Skinner as our attorney and would not go anywhere else.
