At my age, with the experience and interpersonal relationships that I have cultivated over the years, I must make the best use of my time. Thus, I am selective in the cases I accept. I take on complex cases, often those referred to me by less experienced attorneys. I accept cases where grievous wrongs have been done, false accusations have been charged and other cases that merit my level of experience.

To find out how I can help you, please call me at 303-618-8780 or contact me online. Located in Denver, Colorado, my practice regularly assists clients in the Denver metropolitan area, including Aurora, Thornton, Brighton and surrounding areas. Services
If your livelihood and reputation is in jeopardy, you can find no greater ally than me.
I aggressively, yet compassionately, represent victims of unlawful employment practices in and around the Denver metro area.
Union members with labor law claims who desire individual representation rather than letting their unions handle their grievances.
Additionally, I provide consultation to other attorneys who are litigating complex labor and employment lawsuits, including advising about legal strategy and federal court procedures.
If you do not have an employment contract or belong to a union with a collective bargaining agreement, then you are working as an at-will employee.
The benefit of being an at-will employee is that you can quit your job whenever you like, for any reason, or even for no reason, with no legal consequences.
However, your employer has the same right to terminate your employment, for any reason, or even for no reason - except when there are legal consequences.
Reporting a threat to public interest such as environmental pollution, fraud or corruption.
Employers have the right to discriminate and even treat you unfairly - up to a point.
You may have worked hard all year, only to be passed over for a promotion.
If your employer made a discriminating decision based on job performance, that choice is within his or her right.
If the reason you were passed over for promotion was because of any of these factors, you may be a victim of unlawful discrimination.
The same is true if you are paid less than your co-workers simply because of your gender or if you are denied benefits or forced into early retirement due to your age.
For more than 40 years, I have aggressively fought to protect the rights of those accused of serious crimes in Colorado.
In fact, the more complex the case, the more likely I want to take your case.
Given my extensive experience in handling criminal cases throughout the Denver metro area, I am selective when considering cases to take on.
For these and other complex criminal cases, I use my more than 40 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system to develop intelligent and clever legal strategies to win your case.
