What is a DUI?
A DUI which stands for Driving Under the Influence is when a drivers blood alcohol content is 0.08 grams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood or greater.
Pursuant to C.R.S. 42-4-1301 it is a misdemeanor for any person who is under the influence of alcohol or one more drugs or a combination of alcohol and one or more drugs, to drive any vehicle in this state.
What if I refuse a Blood or Breath Test?
If a person refuses to take, or to complete, or to cooperate in the completing of, any test or tests of the person's blood, breath, saliva or urine the persons license can be revoked.
