I have been working in the construction and excavation industry since 1984.
After beginning my career with an earthwork company directly after high school, I discovered my passion for the field.
In 1995 my brother and I started our own excavation company that we continue to own and operate today.
From a very early age I knew I wanted to work in construction and agriculture.
After completing high school, I started working as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver.
I took these skills and became part owner of the family excavation business.

Snyder Construction Group has recently completed the Menards warehouse expansion in Columbus, IN.
It has been a pleasure for us to work with them on performing earthwork, drainage and paving on this project.
We were glad to partner with RealAmerica in completing this affordable, workforce family living facility in Columbus, IN.
We are glad to be working with Pepper Construction on the renovation and addition of the Schneck Medical Center.
The new Freddy's Custard in Seymour was completed in 2018 by L&R Enterprises in Columbus, IN.
