Insurance companies employ claims adjusters who are often rewarded if they settle personal injury claims for the least amount of money possible. When they go to court, these same insurance companies hire relentless insurance defense attorneys to protect the insurance companies' interests. Neither the claims adjusters nor the insurance defense attorneys care how badly you were injured.

All they care about is the insurance company's bottom line. Suffering a catastrophic personal injury due to the wrongdoing of another is one of the most traumatic events anyone can experience. To make matters feel even more overwhelming, the legal process for obtaining just compensation can be bewildering, time-consuming, and full of traps for the unwary.

Compassion is more than just having a care for others. Compassion is a desire to help someone who is suffering. At Young Law Group, compassion is a reflection of who we are. We start by listening to our clients, making a unique connection with every person we represent, and responding to each person's individual needs and concerns.
Services
Our firm represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic personal injuries as a result of the wrongdoing or negligence of others.
By focusing on personal injury, we stay on the cutting edge of personal injury legal issues which benefits our clients.
Unlike many large law firms where clients can be just another name or case number, every client we represent is important and receives individualized attention.
We strive to provide outstanding legal services to the clients we serve.
The insurance industry will have knowledgeable, aggressive attorneys representing their bottom line.
Mr. Young began representing seriously injured persons in 1997.
Over the course of 24 years, Mr. Young has developed a strong background in civil litigation, jury trials, and appellate victories.
In 2005, Mr. Young successfully argued a significant premises liability case before the California Supreme Court, Delgado v. Trax Bar & Grill (2005) 36 Cal.4th 224, on behalf of a client who had been seriously injured at a bar by another patron.
The Delgado decision established that a merchant has a duty of care to protect its patrons from harm.
