Our office prepares Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorneys, Living Wills and other estate planning documents. We also help families when a loved one passes away and assistance is required to administer (probating) an estate. You have a variety of offices you could hire for these services.

If you have a good lawyer call them.
If not, we invite you to visit or call us so that you can take writing a Will off your list of things to do.
We charge reasonable prices.
We also perform this simple task in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
If you cannot afford our prices, we'll arrange a reduced price or if appropriate do it for free.
So sorry, no more excuses.

Why? Death is a taxable event in Pennsylvania.
If an individual passes away leaving assets in their name alone it is often necessary to open an estate so that the executor can gain access to those assets.

Turn left on Duke Street and get into the right lane.
Park before the street light at Philadelphia Street.
We are on your left, on the corner of Duke & Philadelphia.
If you are driving down Philadelphia Street our office is on your left at the last intersection (Duke Street) before the new Courthouse.

A wonderful local conglomeration of artists that collectively display their art.
We also display the works of our clients, local high school kids and other artists that reach out to us.
What make us most happy is when we sell this art.
Most all works are available for sale and all proceeds go directly to the artist.
They need to eat too!
