National Veterans Benefits Attorneys
Our founder is a disabled veteran and a former attorney of the Board of Veterans Appeals, who blew the whistle on Regional Office handling of veteran appeals. Our attorneys are accredited to represent veterans at all levels of the Department of Veterans Affairs and licensed to practice before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Our mission is to ensure that veterans are provided all of the benefits their government owes them.

To fulfill that mission, we provide a one-stop shop for every step of the veterans benefits appeal process - Decision Review Officer, Board of Veterans Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. While National Veterans Benefits Attorneys is headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida, we represent veterans nationally at every VA Regional Office in the United States.

We also represent veterans before the Board of Veterans Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. As a non-profit, we do not charge any up front retainer costs. Representation before the federal appeals Court is at no cost to you.
Services
National Veterans Benefits Attorneys is a non-profit veterans disability law group focused on providing comprehensive appeals representation to veterans when the VA denies their claim.
We are not a VSO, which typically provide assistance through non-attorneys and only within the VA system, nor are we a for profit law firm.
Instead, we provide representation by an attorney from the initial claim denial within the VA system through an appeal outside of the VA system in federal court, as a non-profit.
We often represent veterans who need to appeal a denied claim, have a VA disability rating that is too low, or need to re-open a previously denied claim for which the appeal period has passed.
We do not charge any up-front fees, and we never charge costs.
If one of our attorneys successfully represents you before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC), the VA pays our fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act.
For appeals before the VA (which may include the Regional Office, the DRO, or the Board of Veterans Appeals), we are only paid if you are granted benefits, and we charge a flat fee of only 13% of any back pay awarded.
