Brian graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 1993.
He attended the same University for law school, graduating in 1996.
Brian has specialized in fiduciary litigation for over 15 years, representing individuals and corporate fiduciaries involved in disputes concerning estates, trusts, wills, guardianships, conservatorships, and partnerships.
Brian practices in Probate, State, and Federal Courts throughout the state of Georgia and has served as lead counsel in over 25 successful jury trials and hundreds of hearings.
He attended the same University for law school, graduating in 1996.

During his public service, Ben had the honor of representing the State in numerous oral arguments before the Georgia Supreme Court and in Superior Courts throughout Georgia.
Prior to joining McCurdy & Candler, Ben practiced insurance defense litigation with an Atlanta firm, concentrating on 42 U.S.C. § 1983, trucking, and premises defense.
