Mrs. Clark is a sole practitioner serving the Northern San Diego County (Fallbrook, Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside), and the Southern Riverside County (Temecula, Murrieta, Elsinore) areas.
Her law office is located in downtown Fallbrook, a small town of approximately 40,000 people, located at the northern tip of San Diego County.
Mrs. Clark has been practicing law since 1997, but has been in the legal field, in secretarial and assistant capacities, since 1975.
Since passing the California State Bar, she has been practicing in the areas of Trust Administration, Probate, Small Estate Transfers, and Estate Planning, with a small firm in Escondido.
A Living or Revocable Trust is a document, which you prepare while still alive, which is revocable as long as you live.
The Trust is a separate entity, which holds your assets (similar to a corporation).
You transfer title on your assets into the Trust, but you retain complete control over the assets while you are alive and mentally competent.
The Trust will not provide protection from creditors, but it will avoid Probate if funded before death.
Upon your incapacity or death, the successor Trustee (the person you named) steps into your shoes and manages assets for you.
