Most people protect themselves from the unexpected by making sure they have a current insurance policy covering key assets, like a house or a car.
Unfortunately, many people will find themselves fighting with the insurance company for benefits or proceeds after a catastrophic event occurs.
If your claim has been refused or you believe that the settlement does not provide you with the benefits or proceeds you should be receiving, speak to a qualified insurance bad faith attorney to discuss the situation.
