We represent individuals and families from all over the world and at all stages of the immigration process. We file affirmative applications at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), defend persons in deportation/removal hearings in Immigration Court, and file appeals and motions to reopen before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court.
Our first goal is getting to know you and your unique circumstances so we can help determine the best options for you. Contact us if you are seeking an immigration lawyer who takes pride in understanding and staying up-to-date with the complex and ever-changing immigration laws so that we can be there to guide you every step of the way. Are you unsure about whether you need an immigration lawyer?
It depends. Whether or not in the end you decide to hire us or another qualified immigration attorney for a particular matter, we do strongly recommend you at least have an in-depth consultation.

While we do not offer free in-depth consultations, an attorney or intake specialist would be glad to speak with you for a few minutes to answer questions you may have about us, and to make sure that we will be able to meaningfully address your questions in a more in-depth consultation.
We do not want to waste your time or money, so we will let you know if it appears your particular issue is outside the scope of our expertise.
When we do meet you for an initial consultation the attorney will block off an hour to take her time and sit down with you in order to answer whatever questions you may have, explain the immigration laws and provide you with an honest and thorough assessment of your options.

Naturalization is the process of becoming a United States Citizen.
Generally, Lawful Permanent Residents can apply for citizenship after they have been in resident status for five years.
In many instances, those married to a United States Citizen may be eligible to file to naturalize after only three years in resident status.
Also, if you gained your residence through asylum, the initial year in asylum status counts towards the five years in residence.
We have expertise with potentially difficult naturalization cases.
