Due to Tony Rossmann's need to take the coming months to fully recover from his stroke, Tony and his law partner, Roger Moore, have decided to dissolve Rossmann and Moore and close its office in downtown Berkeley. Roger remains fully available for work on the partnership's assignments, and new projects as well. Roger will continue to focus on environmental, water and natural resources law.

He will retain the partnership's files, receive its remaining mail, and promptly relay any calls and correspondence to Tony. Rossmann and Moore, which arose from the firm Tony founded more than four decades ago, endeavored to provide high standards of scholarship and practical achievement grounded in our shared commitment to the protection of natural and cultural resources.

With strong bonds that will outlast our present sadness that the partnership is coming to an end, we expect the ideals behind it to continue as we face our future challenges. Following a quarter-century of collaboration with Tony, Roger hopes you will rely on his services for current and future projects, and that his work will meet your needs and honor Tony's legacy and commitment to professionalism and service.
