Ms. Lynch served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William H. McCullough of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County.
Ms. Lynch was appointed to a four-year term by former governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., to serve on the Prince George's County Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission.
