Matthew D. Skipper is the managing partner of Skipper Law, LLC, a civil litigation firm located in Crofton, Maryland.
Prior to founding, Skipper Law, Mr. Skipper worked as an associate at Trunell Law, LLC.
At Trunnell Law, Matt founded the firm's homeowners' association/condominium practice group, a team dedicated to the representation of homeowners in claims against HOAs and condos.
Mr. Skipper served as the lead personal injury attorney at Trunnell Law as well, trying accident cases in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland on behalf of those hurt by another's negligence.
Prior to founding, Skipper Law, Mr. Skipper worked as an associate at Trunell Law, LLC.

While on the bench, he served as President of the Maryland Circuit Court Judges Association for two years.
He brings to Skipper Law unsurpassed experience as a jurist and attorney.
