My journey to becoming an attorney started when I was a teenager.
From a young age, I was determined that I was going to make a difference in this world and help people navigate through life's challenges.
I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a major in Political Science and a minor in History.
I then went on to obtain my law degree from Marquette University.
Upon graduation, I moved back to my hometown of Green Bay, Wisconsin, to begin practicing law.

We know that no one wants to think about their end-of-life planning, so that's why we want to make this important process as easy and pain-free as possible for our clients.
One of the questions we hear most often is: When is the right time to start my estate plan?
For many people, the thought of planning for their own incapacity can be uncomfortable.
The idea that you might lose your mental faculties, rendering you unable to make informed decisions about your finances and well-being, is not pleasant, but ignoring that possibility does not make it go away.

Estate Planning is about ensuring that you and your family will be taken care of should life decide to throw you a curveball.
Regardless of how large or how modest, everyone has an estate and everyone can benefit from having his or her estate plan in order.
Simply put, estate planning is the process of anticipating and arranging, during your lifetime, for the management and disposal of your assets in the event of your incapacity or death.
Typically, this includes the creation of either a Last Will and Testament or a Revocable Living Trust, a Durable Power of Attorney, a Health Care Power of Attorney, and an Authorization for Final Disposition.
