John E. Avery obtained a B.S. in Management and Economics and Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an M.B.A. in Management and Finance from Golden Gate University. During his first five years of practice John E. Avery worked as a Law Clerk and Assistant District Attorney in the Clark County (Las Vegas, Nevada) and Dallas County District Attorney's offices where he learned the art of trying all types of prosecutions including the most serious Misdemeanor and Felony criminal cases.
