The law firm of Kherani Dunaway was previously known as David H. Dunaway & Associates and was founded by attorney David "Dave" H. Dunaway over four decades ago based in Campbell County, Tennessee and serving clients from East Tennessee and throughout the great State of Tennessee.

Starting in the 1970s, our attorneys have successfully prosecuted claims for property damages on behalf of property owners whose residences or businesses were damaged when over a thousand sticks of dynamite and plastic caps utilized by a construction company exploded, demolishing the North Town Plaza in Oneida, Tennessee.
