While with the IRS, he attended St. John's University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and graduated at the top of his class.
In his last year at St. John 's, Mr. Gluck left the IRS to accept an associate position with a Wall Street law firm.
While there, he received his Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1983.
He was also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Matthew H. Bligh graduated from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude and the United States Merchant Marine Academy, magna cum laude.
He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2004.
After graduating law school in 2003, Matthew immediately began practicing law with a prominent Suffolk County law firm concentrating in personal injury and professional malpractice.
Mr. Bligh has successfully handled numerous personal injury and malpractice cases in New York's Supreme and Appellate courts.
He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2004.
After graduating law school in 2003, Matthew immediately began practicing law with a prominent Suffolk County law firm concentrating in personal injury and professional malpractice.
