As part of Governor Inslee's order to "stay home and stay safe" we at the Guy Glenn Law Firm are still working to help our community during these difficult times. We are considered an "essential business" and though we remain open to help you with your legal concerns our office has taken steps to assure everyone's safety. As part of this commitment, we are keeping our office closed and conducting our consultations by phone or video conferencing.

This is why our door is currently locked. If you need legal help, please give us a call at 360-642-2332. Our staff and attorneys are ready and waiting to assist you. We know that with legal matters there can be a great deal of fear and uncertainty. Our firm is here to help you. We will take the time to listen to you, help answer your questions, and bring a sense of clarity in your time of need.

We have been helping people from Pacific, Wahkiakum, and Grays Harbor Counties for over 40 years and we have expanded our reach to other regions throughout Washington State.
Services
When you need an attorney - whether dealing with an injury that is due to the fault of someone else, finding yourself before the court on a criminal matter, or even preparing estate documents to make sure you and your loved ones are protected in the event of your death - the Guy Glenn Law Firm is here to help guide you.
Opened in 1983, Guy Glenn Law Firm has been serving the local community for decades, providing quality legal service at reasonable rates.
Though we have gone through small changes throughout the years, the same friendly staff and experienced legal minds are here to answer your legal questions.
It is with a heavy heart that we at the Guy Glenn Law Firm take time to remember Linda Snodgrass.
A loving mother, amazing wife, and wonderful friend, Linda worked for our office for over 30 years.
She handled our process serving, filings, estate planning, and probate files just to name but a few of her duties with us.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.
She touched many lives outside of our little office and was always welcoming in her approach.
We will miss you Linda.
Today there are probably more television dramas and movies made to portray the criminal justice system than there are attorneys who practice in these areas.
It seems that not even the nightly news can go through one broadcast without covering and reporting on the most recent criminal deeds of one person or another.
But these mainstream media outlets do nothing to alleviate the stress and feeling of helplessness when you find yourself on the other side of the law.
Questions such as: What are your rights?
You are out with friends, or maybe it is just you and your wife, but it is a wonderful evening and the dinner was amazing.
You've had a glass of wine, a beer, or maybe just a drink.
You don't feel different.
You get in your car, turn the key and begin your trip home.
Little do you know your headlight is out, or your license plate light doesn't work.
Next, you're being asked if you've been drinking by a law enforcement officer who's stopped you.
You say "yes, " get out of the car, do a couple of tests and suddenly you are in handcuffs and being read your rights.
In the state of Washington, misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor crimes are the least serious of criminal charges, but this doesn't mean you should just ignore them.
Misdemeanors can land you a sentence up to 90 days in jail and up to a $1,000 fine, whereas gross misdemeanors are punishable by up to one year in jail and fines as high as $5,000.
Although misdemeanor crimes are considered less serious offenses than felonies, this doesn't make it any less stressful.
All criminal charges should be taken seriously; failure to show up to court can not only result in a warrant for your arrest being issued, but it can also result in your driver's license being suspended.
