Charles Kazarian has been named as a MA SuperLawyer in the field of Plaintiffs Legal Malpractice in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. I am attorney Charles Kazarian, and my firm is known as Kazarian Law. Over the past 39 years, the focus of my Boston law practice has been on litigation and trial work predominantly in the area of legal malpractice, with strong experience in business litigation and serious personal injury.

My law firm is based in Boston, Massachusetts, but we have successfully handled cases in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine. In addition, we will consult on cases in other states in cooperation with local counsel. I am widely known for my experience and success in the area of legal malpractice. I take pride in helping ordinary people who are the victims of legal negligence recover compensation for their losses.

I also advise clients when it is possible to appeal decisions lost because of their lawyer's mistakes. Beyond legal malpractice, I have a track record of success in business litigation, civil rights law, and other complex litigation.
Services
I established the Law Office of Charles P. Kazarian (now, Kazarian Law) in Boston more than three decades ago, and we use my experience as a trial attorney in successfully battling negligent lawyers and uncaring insurance companies, to win compensation for our clients who have been damaged by lawyer malpractice.
In addition, we also represent business owners in disputes with partners, shareholders and other businesses, as well as the victims of other kinds of civil wrongs that harm people.
A broad background in the practice of law is necessary to adequately represent our clients.
If you are facing a legal issue, it's important to contact a good lawyer right away.
Sometimes there are notice issues and deadlines associated with legal actions that require prompt action.
There is no cost for an initial e-mail exchange or telephone consultation with me or my associates.
This will give you an opportunity for you to get to know us and for us to learn more about you and your case.
Effective client service is first and foremost based on an understanding about the economic terms of the lawyer/client relationship.
My practice focuses on representing and litigating for victims of attorney malpractice, along with a wide array of other civil litigation matters through trial and appeal.
In my 39 years of practicing law in Boston, Massachusetts, I have won compensation for clients who have been damaged by the malpractice of divorce lawyers, criminal lawyers, bankruptcy lawyers, personal injury lawyers, business lawyers, probate lawyers and more.
I graduated with honors from the University of Rhode Island in 1975 with a degree in English Literature.
