A person's entire life is spent developing, accumulating and hopefully, enjoying, the fruits of one's labors, to benefit themselves and their families.
Every person should spend some time planning for the future.
End of life decisions.
Do you have in place the documents necessary to make sure that your wishes are followed when the end of life is nearing?.
Will Oregon's default laws govern the disposition of your assets or do you have in place your own plan?
Do the documents that you currently have match the reality of your current situation and your current desires?.
Being successful in business today requires navigating an increasingly complex business world.
It's not enough to merely run a business; you must also deal with governmental regulations, family dynamics, employment regulations, immigration and labor issues, changing tax structures, intellectual property challenges and environmental issues.
Our main goal is to establish a working relationship with our clients and to counsel our clients whenever they need us.
We emphasize preventative planning, but we have the litigation expertise to protect or advance our clients' interests if a lawsuit is filed.
Albright Kittell PC has extensive experience with real estate transactions.

The time to see an attorney, if you are thinking of buying or selling any real property, is before you make or accept an offer to purchase.
