Christine has been practicing law for more than 25 years and has been the principal attorney with Cole & Valkenburgh since 1999.
She has vast experience representing clients in matters involving real estate, civil litigation, wills, trusts, estates, matrimonial and family law, and municipal matters.
She has successfully represented clients in bench trials, administrative hearings and appeals in Federal Court, United States Bankruptcy Court, State Supreme Court, Family Court and County Court.
Well respected throughout the area, Christine accepts many referrals from other attorneys and those who have seen her work.
Mark recently joined the firm "of counsel" after a 21 year career as the Principal Court Attorney for the Hon.
Peter C. Bradstreet in New York State Supreme, County and Family Courts.
Before working in the court system, Mark was a legal services attorney handling landlord-tenant matters and a Family Court Public Defender.
He has lectured extensively on family, civil and criminal law to lawyers, court personnel and judges throughout New York State.
With his extensive experience in several areas of law, Mark will be expanding the firm's appellate and motion practice, while still representing clients in family and civil matters.
