Timothy F. White was born in Hartford, CT, and was raised in Atlanta, Georgia since age five.
He went to Marist, St. Pius X, Riverside Military Academy, and graduated from Northside High School in 1981.
From there he attended the University of Georgia and in 1992 he graduated with a BA in Psychology and Spanish.
In 1995, Tim attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, GA., and in 1998, he passed the State Bar Exam.
His first employer had Tim in court immediately after becoming a licensed attorney.
