Thomas Burkemper founded The Burkemper Law Firm in 1965. Since then, he's guided the growth of The Burkemper Law Firm, The Lincoln Title Company, and four children- all of whom became attorneys. Burkemper Law Firm possesses over fifty-five years of experience in practicing law. Founder, Attorney Thomas Burkemper has over forty-seven years of experience representing the people of Lincoln County, Missouri in a range of legal matters.
Approximately twenty-five years ago Tom began focusing his practice in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and real estate issues, including litigation involving land titles. In his career, he served eighteen years as the county counselor for Lincoln County, and he has owned Lincoln County Title Company since 1965. Attorney Adam Burkemper began practicing law in Troy, Missouri with his father, Thomas Burkemper.
Over time, an increasing number of clients began asking Adam to accept cases relating to family law. Now, ten years after starting at The Burkemper Law Firm, Adam has successfully litigated nearly every type of family law case against every type of family law attorney.
