You were not convicted of any other crimes or violations within the last five (5) years, other than minor traffic violations.
Persons who have expunged records do not have to disclose their underlying record or charges for purposes of employment, credit or any other type of application with the exception of government, regulatory or licensing agency, bank or financial institution.
Expungement will include the destruction of the individual's arrest records, booking photos, date of birth, social security number, address and any other vital identifiers.

The two deaths were needlessly caused by a driver who was under the influence of prescription pain medications, causing the impaired driver to cross the centerline and strike the two head-on, killing both persons instantly.
The matter was settled and concluded in approximately 6 months without suit having to be filed.
Attorney R. Stan Morris believes that this case involved one of the grossest set of facts supportive of punitive damages that he has ever seen or heard of in his 29 years of practice, and stated that he sincerely hopes that the large settlement award will serve to deter future misuse of prescription medications and deter driving while impaired on prescription medications.
