Villano Law Firm, PLLC opened its original Rotterdam location in January of 2010 guided by a simple concept; to provide superior representation in a personalized solo practitioner setting. Each legal matter entrusted to the firm, whether simple or complex, is the most pressing matter to that client. Clients need to feel that they are receiving prompt and individualized attention from a trusted advisor and advocate.
By practicing in a broad range of legal fields, Joseph's clients quickly develop a rapport with him, and are able to seek guidance and representation whenever a personal legal need may arise. Joe does much more than real estate, but my experience has to do with him as my real estate attorney for selling a house. I moved out of state and Joe took care of everything.
Joe took the to explain anything I need explained. Also during a very difficult transaction with numerous delays from the other side Joe always took my call or called me back as soon possible. I know that Joe fought for me and took a personal interest in me and my situation.

Buying and Selling real property are the greatest and most stressful transactions of most people's lives.
Although many pitfalls exist, with skilled guidance, most can be avoided, and with constant communication through the process, you can feel confident that your transaction is receiving the personalized attention that it deserves.
Many firms utilize paralegals and closing coordinators whom manage the transaction through closing.
In these practices, only at the table do you finally meet and speak with the attorney representing you.
