Initial Planning Meeting: A meeting with your attorney to design your customized estate plan.
This meeting generally lasts one hour.
Will: It directs who will receive your property, who will take care of your estate when you die, and who will take care of your minor children.
If part of the Revocable Trust Plan, it will transfer to your Trust any assets not transferred during your life (with some exceptions).
Personal Property Memorandum: It disposes of tangible personal property to the person(s) of your choosing.
