Patrick Levine Rose is a highly qualified appellate lawyer. Mr. Rose handles appeals in the Michigan appellate courts. Mr. Rose then clerked for Judge Collins Seitz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit between 1991 and 1992.
