William S. Hardman, Jr., P.C. is a DUI Defense and criminal defense law firm located in Gainesville, Georgia. Bill Hardman is a trial lawyer at William S. Hardman, Jr., P.C. He was an associate lawyer with George C. Creal, Jr./Trial Lawyers from 2013-2015.

He has represented clients in many criminal cases including DUI, drug possession, probation revocation and traffic offenses. He specializes in representing clients charged with DUI. Bill has been a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense lawyers since 2013. He has also been a member of the National College of DUI Defense since 2014. In 2014, he was selected to attend and completed the Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program under the direction of some of the nation's top criminal defense trial attorneys.

In 2019, Bill joined the DUI Defense Lawyers Association. He has represented and assisted clients in thousands of cases throughout the State of Georgia.

Bill is a 2013 honor graduate of Atlanta's John Marshall Law School.
During law school he was selected as a research assistant to Civil Procedure Professor K. Lee Adams.
In his second and third years of law school he interned at the firm of Peters, Rubin & Sheffield; a firm that defends people accused of State and Federal criminal charges.
After law school, he worked for Childers & McCain, LLC in Macon, Georgia and gained valuable experience in the field of personal injury and civil litigation.
Do I need to send a 30-day letter in my DUI case to appeal the suspension of my driver's license?.
NOTICE** This letter was formerly referred to a the "10-Day Letter" in Georgia DUI cases.
If you refuse to take a requested State-administered chemical test (blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substance) after being arrested for DUI, then your Georgia driver's license or privilege to drive in the State of Georgia may be suspended for a minimum period of one year.
If you do not request an appeal hearing (30-day letter) or Ignition Interlock Device Limited Permit: If you do essentially are arrested and "do nothing, " your DDS Form 1205 will serve as your driver's license for 45 days.
