I represent mortgage lenders and brokers and loan officers nationwide who are seeking mortgage licensure. I am familiar with the application process for lender, broker and originator licensing in all 50 states, and will walk you through the entire process. In addition to licensing, my Michigan-based law firm provides a broad range of legal services to mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, loan originators, title agents, appraisers, banks, credit unions and lending institutions throughout the United States.

I am a Certified Mortgage Banker, so I know the mortgage business. Clients do not have to educate me about their legal needs. In fact I have specific knowledge about the mortgage license requirements of each state, and can advise clients about hidden requirements not stated on the application forms. I have represented mortgage bankers and brokers for over 30 years.

My practice includes all aspects of RESPA, ECOA, Truth-in-Lending, and other state and federal regulations. Using my experience, I am able to anticipate any barriers to getting licensed in other states, and to help you make sure your company is in compliance with all applicable laws.
