She started her law firm in 1981 and has been serving clients in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Pennsylvania for over 25 years.
After graduating from New York University, and the George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C., Ms. Wilbon began her legal career in the Office of the General Counsel, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); thereafter worked as an attorney at the National Bar Association; and as a Trial Attorney in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice.
